The vacuum and falling films TFF ARES Evaporators are ideal for the concentration of low viscosity fruit juices such grape, orange, coconut water, pineapple or are applied to other sectors such as dairy. Thanks to these systems it is possible to reach a high degree of concentration with a high pulp content without losing the organoleptic qualities of the natural juice

The TFF ARES Evaporators can be installed on all TFM Lines which provide for the possibility of producing low viscosity concentrated juice: depending on the working capacity of the Line, it will be required an Evaporators of adequate size and number of evaporation effects (from 3 to 6 effects). Our Evaporators can be easily integrated into pre-existing process lines to improve and expand the production range.

All TFF ARES Evaporators can be equipped with a steam re-compression and recovery system which allows for reduced energy consumption. The innovative modular system also allows quick installation and makes easier the components transport.

Product concentration capacity:

from 10.000 l/h up to 50.000 l/h of evaporated water.
