Tropical Food Machinery can supply complete Pasteurization Plants for the treatment of pulp or concentrate of high or low viscosity fruit or tomato.

Each plant includes the use of tubular heat exchangers connected to hot fill techniques to ensure a top-quality product. Each exchanger contains 4 concentric tubes in which the thermal action acts internally and externally with respect to the product circulation section. This allows a homogeneous and constant treatment throughout the process.

The management of the system is automated and all the parts in contact with the product are in AISI 316 stainless steel. The TFM Pasteurization Plant can be installed on all TFM lines depending on the line’s work capacity.
