The turbo extractor TFTE is a universal fruit pulp refining machine ideal for separating skin fragments, seeds and other undesired parts. Inside the machine, the fruit pulp is filtered by a cylindrical sieve with fine meshes (from 0.5 to 1.5 mm) thanks to the action of high-speed rotating brushes: the natural juice is thus separated from the fibers and impurities to be sent to the next processing steps, while the residues are automatically expelled. For fruit requiring an inert atmosphere, the machine is designed to inject nitrogen into the refining chamber. This small-sized model can be installed on systems processing up to 3 tons of infeed fresh fruit.
