Our automatic banana peelers installations continue in Asia and Central America.

After the start-up in Southeast Asia and Central America, Tropical Food Machinery is preparing to install more units in the American continent. This is a concrete sign of satisfaction that demonstrates the reliability and effectiveness of our technological solution.

Patented by TFM and winner of the 2021 International FoodTec Award, ➤ Cerere 6000 automatic peeler allows a faster and more efficient extraction process. The machine advantage consists of precise and continuous peeling and pulp processing that takes place in a nitrogen atmosphere, which represents an important solution for fast oxidizing fruits like bananas.

Cerere 6000 is suitable for processing both yellow and green bananas with up to 6 t/h of incoming fresh fruit, ensuring application versatility and consistent results under different processing conditions.
