The double head Aseptic Filler DIONE EA-2C-SB can be combined with any type of aseptic system and is suitable for filling of fruit juice, juice with pieces of fruit, puree, fruit-based liquid, cream, sauce, jelly, yogurt, milk, base for ice cream, chopped tomato in sauce.

It is composed of two aseptic filling heads with steam sterilization that work alternately to maintain the time of product recirculation: the temperatures are controlled by PT100 probes, the product dosage is measured by a flow meter with instrumentation integrated in the PLC, the system is highly specialized in compliance with FDA certified safety parameters.

Except for positioning of the aseptic bag, every other filling operation is performed automatically: the system is controlled by a PLC microprocessor which manages the sterilization, filling, C.I.P. washing processes, functioning analysis and error management. The panel is equipped with an HMI touch-screen interface to monitor operations and alarms.

From 10000 l/h up to 4.000 l/h of product for bags of 3, 5, 10, 20 litres.
