Extractor with rotating beaters Artemide 3000 – MOD TFEB-3

SOLD-OUT

Universal extractor that can process small and medium fruits with seeds or stones (mango, passion fruit, apricot, peach, nectarin, avocado, pomegranate, guayaba).

Inside the machine rotate a series of stainless-steel beaters dedicated to cutting and beating the fruit until the pulp is completely separated from the skin and from the stones. The extracted pulp is filtered by a sieve with large holes and collected at the base of the machine, where a volumetric pump sends the product to the next processing steps, while the residual skin and stones are automatically expelled on the front side of the extractor.

The plant can be equipped with an ascorbic and citric acid antioxidant treatment system to be used for processing fruits particularly sensitive to oxidation such as apples or pears.

This specific small size model allows the processing of up to 3 tons of fruit for every hour of work.

The extractor with rotating beaters can be coupled with the TFCG shredder for small fruits with or without seeds.
