TFM BLENDING LINES<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/h2>\n

The TFM Blending Lines allow the preparation of finished compounds of fruit juices or concentrates.<\/strong> The Lines also include a pasteurization and filling system for bottles, bags or doypacks.<\/p>\n

The preparation of the compounds is automated thanks to a program of settable recipes:<\/strong> the plant can quickly produce a large variety of products that can be exported to the main world markets because they meet all the requirements of international production standards.<\/p>\n

The plant is made up of two formulation stations: <\/strong>in the first station the semi-finished products contained in drums or bins are loaded and transferred to accumulation tanks; in the second station the compound is formulated with the addition of liquid, powder, or water ingredients. The process continues with pasteurization and hot or aseptic filling in various packaging. All parts in contact with the product are in AISI 316 stainless steel, the TFM Formulation Lines can be integrated with pre-existing process lines to improve or expand the production range.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
